It’s with great sadness and disappointment that we announce this year’s panto Robinson Crusoe has been rescheduled to July 2021. Our team have worked extremely hard behind the scenes and tried every possible avenue to put on a safe production for the community to enjoy this Christmas, however the ongoing restrictions mean we simply cannot go ahead. The guidance for amateur performers is very different to professional performers, and of course the safety of our audience, performers and crew is our number one priority.
We haven’t taken this decision lightly and are gutted that this will be the first time in 48 years our society won’t be able to produce a Christmas Pantomime in the village. The swashbuckling show will now run from Friday 9th to Saturday 17th July 2021 with all the usual panto fun you know and love. All ticket holders have been contacted directly and tickets remain valid for the new dates which are shown below:
