Coming to see Peter Pan? Useful customer information

Coming to see Peter Pan over the next week? Here’s some useful information ahead of your visit to the theatre;

🌟 Parking is restricted in the streets surrounding the Arts Centre and the centre of Seaton Delaval. Please leave plenty of time before the show to find a suitable space and ensure you park with care and respect to our neighbours and local residents ensuring no access routes or garages are blocked. If you live close by, why not take a slow walk and leave the car at home.

🌟 You need to bring your ticket with you and have it ready for scanning on arrival; either physical tickets, a printed e-ticket or an e-ticket on your smartphone. Your ticket has a barcode on it which will be scanned.

🌟 No food or drink is to be brought into the venue. Soft drinks, sweets, ice creams, programmes and a range of refreshments will be on sale accepting both Cash and Card sales.

🌟 We encourage you bring essential items only and stress no large bags or backpacks will be permitted into the venue.

🌟 The total show running time is approx 2 hours and 15 minutes including the interval.

🌟 The taking of photos and videos during the show is prohibited, however there will be a opportunity after the show to have a photo taken with some of our panto stars as you leave.
