What a wonderful way to start the year! On Saturday 4th January 2025 we had a very special Coffee Morning to receive our King’s Award for Voluntary Service, the MBE for volunteer groups.
We were delighted to welcome the Lord-Lieutenant of Northumberland Dr Caroline Pryer, Deputy Clerk to the Lieutenancy Bob Biggs MVO and a number of special guests to celebrate this wonderful achievement and our community arts hub.
We are over the moon that our incredible volunteers past and present have been recognised by his majesty for all their time, effort and dedication to bringing the arts to the community of Seaton Delaval and beyond.
It was such a lovely morning full of happiness made by possible our volunteer team. So a huge BRAVO to our team of bakers and coffee makers for organising such a lovely event. We still can’t stop smiling!
