We will be using mind, body, spirit practices gathered from many cultures that have been developed for over 30 years by Capacitar founder Pat Cane. They have helped people cope with traumatic and everyday stress . Paul Golightly, National Co-ordinator for Capacitar in England pioneered the use of these practices in the Recovery Days at St Antony’s Priory , Durham 2013-8 to the great benefit of many attending.

The Power of Intention, Meditation, Spiritual Practices, Energy and Bodywork are proven in much recent research, to offer great benefits for our wholeness and well-being in the stress of daily life, in coping and dealing with previous traumatic experiences.. These weekly sessions will use a popular education model for these well trialled methods in an easy flowing sequence and offer this resource for on –going personal use.

What might you expect? …..On the day many will feel calmer, peaceful, more grounded, positive and alive. If the simple practices are integrated regularly into daily life these benefits can be expected to last.

We will share in simple mindful practices e.g. Tai Chi with visualisation, , breath- work and meditation, self –acupressure and energy work using this empowering popular education model .

Cost £ 2.50 per session payable on the day for more details contact Paul at Capacitaralbion@outlook.com see also www.capacitar.org for a full range of our work
